Refund and Return Policy

At Cura International, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review our return and exchange policy below.

Returns & Exchanges

• You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
• The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
• Returns and exchanges are only accepted for non-customized products.

Shipping Costs for Returns & Exchanges

• If the return is due to a customer size error or a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
• Delivery fees are non-refundable.
• If you request an exchange, you will be required to pay for the shipping of the new item.

Customs Fees & Import Taxes

• Customs fees and import taxes are not included in the delivery fee.
• These fees are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid directly to the authorities in your country.
• Failure to pay customs fees may result in the package being returned or held at customs. All Staple is not liable for such instances.

Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds or exchange for:

• Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer.
• Shipping or delivery fees.
• Items returned after the 14-day return period.
